Honda Malaysia today unveiled the New HR-V, the latest update to Malaysia’s No.1 Non-National B-SUV. Known for its bold styling, smart features and fun-to-drive DNA, the new model enhances Honda’s position in the B-segment SUV category, with refreshed exterior design, improved interior comfort, advanced connectivity and comprehensive safety technology across all variants.

Refined Exterior Design





The New HR-V sports a refreshed front grille, full LED headlights with Active Cornering Light* and a distinctive full-width rear LED taillight strip, giving it a confident road presence. All models now ride on 18-inch two-tone alloy wheels, while the e:HEV RS variant adds a sporty RS styling package for a performance-inspired look.



Comfort-Driven Interior



Inside, the cabin features RS-embossed sporty seats (e:HEV RS), a redesigned centre console with wireless charging, and a floating 8-inch display audio unit for improved usability. Wireless Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ are standard, complemented by USB-C ports front and rear. Honda’s signature Air Diffusion System ensures balanced airflow, while the HR-V’s spacious interior delivers comfort and versatility beyond typical B-SUV expectations.
Powertrain Options & Drive Modes

The New HR-V offers three powertrains:
- 1.5L DOHC i-VTEC petrol – 121PS, 145Nm for daily practicality and efficiency.
- 1.5L VTEC Turbo – 181PS, 240Nm for spirited and dynamic driving.
- 1.5L e:HEV hybrid – 131PS, 253Nm with seamless transitions between EV, hybrid and engine drive.

Three drive modes – ECON, Normal and Sport – allow drivers to tailor performance to their preferences.
Safety & Connectivity
Honda SENSING is now standard across all variants, including Adaptive Driving Beam*. Honda CONNECT has been extended to the S and E trims, making connected-car features more widely accessible.
