JETOUR Marks Eight Years Of Travel+ Strategy As Global Sales Reach 2.56 Million Vehicles

JETOUR is marking eight years of its Travel+ brand strategy with cumulative global sales of 2.56 million vehicles, as the Chinese automaker expands its presence beyond its home market and develops a lifestyle ecosystem centred on travel, outdoor exploration and conservation.

Founded in 2018, JETOUR has built its identity around SUVs with a distinctive box-shaped design, combining practical cabin space, off-road capability and long-distance comfort. The brand says this approach has helped it stand out in an increasingly competitive SUV market.

As of September 2026, JETOUR had accumulated 2.56 million sales globally, with its vehicles available in more than 100 countries and regions. The company also claims to rank first in box-style SUV sales in 13 countries.

Its current product portfolio is organised around the T-Series and G-Series, with the company targeting further expansion into markets with higher entry requirements, including Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Travel+ Extends Beyond The Vehicle

JETOUR’s Travel+ strategy goes beyond vehicle development, with the company seeking to build a broader ecosystem around exploration, community participation and environmental conservation.

Its technology portfolio includes XWD Fully Automatic Intelligent 4WD, GAIA All-Terrain Intelligent Architecture and C-DM hybrid technology, which the company positions as key enablers of both everyday mobility and outdoor adventures.

The strategy also incorporates conservation initiatives in several markets.

In Africa, JETOUR has partnered with Discovery and the Cheetah Conservation Fund to support its “Return of the Cheetah” initiative. In Pakistan, the company has introduced the Markhor Conservation Program to support the protection of the endangered wild goat species and its natural habitat.

In Malaysia, JETOUR has established philanthropic partnerships with Turtle Conservation Society and PULIHARA, extending its conservation and community engagement efforts into the local market.

Making Off-Road Technology More Accessible

JETOUR says one of the original aims of Travel+ was to make off-road experiences more accessible to ordinary families, rather than restricting them to enthusiasts able to afford specialised vehicles.

The company is pursuing this through the wider availability of four-wheel-drive systems, hybrid powertrains and intelligent vehicle-control technologies across its product range.

Its box-style SUV positioning is central to this approach, combining a rugged exterior with the practicality required for daily commuting and longer journeys.

For JETOUR, the next phase of development involves turning these product attributes into experiences that encourage owners to participate in outdoor activities and conservation initiatives.

Eight years after its launch, JETOUR is positioning Travel+ as the foundation for its next stage of international growth, combining an expanding SUV portfolio with a broader travel-oriented brand identity.
