JETOUR Showcases AI, Hybrid And Off-Road Technologies At 2026 Global Technology Experience Day

JETOUR showcased its latest intelligent mobility technologies, hybrid powertrains and off-road capabilities at the 2026 JETOUR Global Technology Experience Day, as parent company Chery Automobile outlined its vision for AI-driven mobility and a broader technology ecosystem.
The event opened in Wuhu, Anhui Province, with a Global Innovation Conference at Chery’s R&D Centre, attended by more than 2,000 international guests, media representatives and users. Technology exhibitions, product experiences and test drives form part of the programme running from 20 to 23 October.
Chery chairman, Yin Tongyue, said artificial intelligence would reshape not only vehicles but also businesses and the wider industrial ecosystem, with future cars becoming smarter companions that better understand their users.

Chief Technology Officer, Gao Xinhua, also outlined the group’s technological foundations for intelligent mobility, with Chery positioning its innovations around creating greater value through freedom of movement.
AI, Energy And Intelligent Mobility
The conference highlighted Chery’s technology portfolio, including its Sky Dome supercomputing centre, Star Sea big data platform, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology and integrated solar, energy storage and charging solutions.
It also showcased developments in AI foundation models, world models and physical AI applications, including Robotaxi services and AiMOGA Robotics.
Together, these technologies form part of Chery’s ambition to build an interconnected ecosystem spanning transportation, energy and everyday life, rather than limiting innovation to the vehicle itself.
For JETOUR, the challenge is to translate this technological foundation into products and features that serve drivers’ everyday needs, particularly those who use their SUVs for both urban commuting and longer outdoor adventures.

JETOUR T and G Series Target Different Travel Needs
JETOUR’s T Series combines urban comfort with off-road capability, supported by the brand’s C-DM Super Hybrid technology, which is designed to improve efficiency and reduce reliance on conventional fuel during longer journeys.
The range also features XWD intelligent four-wheel drive, with a “7+X” one-touch intelligent off-road mode designed to help drivers negotiate different terrain, including gravel tracks, steep slopes and water crossings. Smart cockpit and intelligent driving technologies are intended to improve convenience and comfort on the move.

The G Series on the other hand, takes a more premium approach, using the GAIA all-terrain intelligent architecture. It combines a dedicated off-road chassis with a hybrid powertrain, intelligent interaction features and a more upmarket cabin.
The two series reflect JETOUR’s strategy of catering to different interpretations of travel, from everyday mobility and family use to more demanding outdoor exploration.

V2L Brings Technology Into Outdoor Experiences
The event also put JETOUR’s vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability into a real-world setting during an outdoor camping welcome dinner along the Yangtze River.
Vehicles supplied electricity for outdoor cooking and entertainment, demonstrating how onboard power can extend a vehicle’s usefulness beyond transportation.
The experience was followed by the start of the event’s test-drive programme. On 21 October, international participants were scheduled to drive JETOUR models through the varied and rugged terrain of Moganshan to experience their capabilities under different road conditions.
The programme combines technology demonstrations with practical driving experiences, reflecting JETOUR’s Travel+ strategy, which seeks to connect its vehicles with outdoor activities and travel lifestyles.
