Perodua Donates Nine Ativa And Aruz SUVs To Selangor Police

Perodua has contributed nine vehicles to the Hulu Selangor and KLIA district police headquarters (IPD) to support law enforcement and public safety in Selangor.

The contribution comprises seven Perodua Ativa compact SUVs and two Perodua Aruz SUVs, donated under the national carmaker’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative.

“We appreciate the police’s role in the safety of the country, and we value their sacrifice and dedication when performing their duties.

“We hope our contribution will help in their efforts to serve the public,” said Perodua President and Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin Ahmad.

The vehicle handover began in April 2026, when the first three Perodua Ativa units were delivered to IPD Hulu Selangor. The remaining six vehicles were handed over at a ceremony in Kuala Kubu Bharu yesterday.

Selangor Chief of Police Dato’ Pahlawan Shazeli Dato’ Kahar attended the ceremony and received mock keys from Zainal as a symbolic gesture of cooperation between Perodua and the police.

Perodua said it has been working closely with the police, particularly in Selangor. Since 2019, the company has contributed a total of 21 vehicles to various district police headquarters in the state.
