BMW Group Malaysia has unveiled the latest additions to its premium all-electric Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) range – the New BMW iX xDrive60 M Sport Pro and the New BMW iX xDrive45 Sport. Positioned as luxury EV flagships, both models bring elevated styling, cutting-edge technology, and benchmark-setting electric range to Malaysian shores.
Unveiled at The Art of Driving 2025 showcase, the event underlines BMW’s mission to provide Sheer Driving Pleasure powered by sustainability and innovation, all while upholding their promise of the Power of Choice – allowing customers to opt for fully electric or petrol variants depending on their lifestyle.
Refined Design and Interior Upgrades
Visually, both iX models retain their distinctive presence with a redesigned kidney grille with diagonal lines, new adaptive LED headlights featuring dual-slanted beams, and BMW Iconic Glow that pulsates when locking or unlocking.
The iX xDrive60 M Sport Pro adds the M Sport Package Pro as standard, featuring:
- 22-inch diamond-polished M aerodynamic wheels
- Red M Sport brakes
- M Lights Shadowline
- Smoked front and rear lights
- Aggressive M Aerodynamics kit
On the other hand, the iX xDrive45 Sport wears 21-inch 1012 Bicolour aerodynamic wheels, maintaining sleek lines and aerodynamic efficiency.
A Luxurious and Intelligent Interior
Step inside and you’ll find interiors crafted for luxury and technology enthusiasts alike. The BMW iX comes equipped with the BMW Live Cockpit Professional, offering seamless access to navigation, entertainment, and vehicle settings.
An immersive audio experience is delivered through the 655-watt Harman Kardon 18-speaker surround sound system.
The Panorama Glass Roof Sky Lounge enhances the cabin’s spacious and luxurious feel, complemented by ambient lighting for a refined atmosphere.
Convenience features include the Comfort Access System, wireless phone charging, and 4-zone automatic climate control to ensure optimal comfort for all occupants.
