Isuzu Expands Customer Support in Klang Valley with New 4S Centre in Balakong

Isuzu Malaysia has strengthened its presence in the Klang Valley with the opening of a new, fully integrated 4S Centre in Balakong, operated by SV Prestige Auto. Officially launched on 22 November 2025 by Isuzu Malaysia Chief Executive Officer Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, the new outlet promises a more seamless and comprehensive ownership experience for customers.

Located prominently along the Kajang Dispersal Link Highway (a.k.a. Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang or SILK), the Balakong facility becomes the third dealer-owned 4S Centre in the Klang Valley, offering sales, after-sales services, as well as certified body repair and paint (B&P) capabilities — all under one roof.

Yamaguchi said the new centre underscores Isuzu’s commitment to raising ownership satisfaction.
“The opening of this new Isuzu 4S Centre featuring a modern, integrated facility is reflective of our on-going effort to ensure that Isuzu vehicle ownership remains a truly positive experience. By offering a complete range of vehicle care services under one roof, our customers can enjoy the assurance that their Isuzu vehicles receive convenient and comprehensive quality care,” he said.

Modern CI, VR Experience, and Faster Service Throughput

The new outlet adopts the latest Isuzu Corporate Identity (CI) and houses the full range of Isuzu D-Max models and Isuzu commercial trucks. In the showroom, two pick-up trucks are on display, allowing visitors a complete hands-on experience when choosing specifications and colours.

Customers can also explore the D-Max’s off-road performance and safety technologies via a Virtual Reality simulator, giving prospective buyers a more immersive look at Isuzu’s capabilities.

On the after-sales side, the service centre can accommodate up to six vehicles at once, enabling quicker turnaround times. To ensure strict quality control, the Balakong outlet is equipped with its own wheel alignment machine and a full-sized paint booth to handle accident repairs in-house.

The Body & Paint facility is already recognised by major automotive insurers and is on the panel of five national insurance companies. It is also pending approval for heavy accident repair work, with necessary equipment and staff training already in place.

SV Prestige Auto: A One-Stop Isuzu Hub

The new Isuzu 4S Centre is located at Lot 1917-B, Jalan KPB 7, Kawasan Perindustrian Kampung Baru Balakong. Together with its existing Isuzu 3S Centre in Puchong, the SV Prestige Auto showroom operates daily, while the service centre is open from Monday to Saturday.
