Tian Siang Premium Auto has officially opened its all-new, standalone MINI showroom in Perak — only the second dedicated MINI outlet in Malaysia after Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. As the largest BMW Group dealer network in the Northern Region, Tian Siang’s latest expansion strengthens both the brand’s presence and the state’s growing EV ecosystem.
The Ipoh facility doesn’t just showcase the MINI lifestyle; it now serves as an EV charging point too, thanks to new AC and DC chargers installed in collaboration with Gentari.

A team of 12 MINI-dedicated staff support sales and customer engagement, while familiar amenities such as the Customer Lounge and Entertainment Zone ensure visitors feel right at home.
Gentari Chargers Boost Ipoh’s EV Network
The dealership’s collaboration with Gentari brings both convenience and capability to MINI and EV owners in Perak. The customer parking area now features:
- Two 180 kW DC chargers
– Pricing from RM1.70 per kWh - Two 22 kW AC chargers
– Free of Charge
The move aligns with BMW Group Malaysia’s broader strategy to strengthen EV readiness nationwide — the company now counts over 2,000 charging facilities available across the country through partnerships with multiple charging providers.
