Chery Opens New Gen 4.0 Kulai 3S Centre, Expands Presence in Johor

Chery Auto Malaysia has further strengthened its presence in Johor with the opening of a new Chery Kulai 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) centre, operated by dealer-partner Autohub Mobility Sdn Bhd.

Located at No. 4, Jalan SME 1, Kawasan Perindustrian SME, Kulai, the new facility serves as both a showroom and service centre, offering customers a complete ownership experience from vehicle purchase to aftersales support.

Spanning 734 square metres, the outlet is also the first Chery showroom and service centre in Malaysia’s Southern Region to feature the brand’s latest Gen 4.0 retail design concept.

The new facility marks another milestone for Chery Auto Malaysia as it becomes only the second outlet nationwide to adopt the Gen 4.0 showroom concept. The design focuses on creating a more modern, premium and customer-centric environment for visitors.

For Autohub Mobility, the Kulai outlet is its second Chery facility in Johor following the establishment of the Chery Tampoi 4S Centre. With the addition of Chery Kulai, the automaker now operates a total of 11 showrooms across Johor, improving accessibility and support for customers throughout the state.

Visitors to the new showroom can explore Chery’s full range of vehicles in a contemporary setting, while customers requiring maintenance and repairs can utilise the on-site service centre.

The service facility is equipped with four service bays and staffed by trained Chery technicians, ensuring maintenance and repair work is carried out according to the brand’s standards.

To enhance customer comfort, the centre also features a dedicated customer lounge for visitors waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.

The showroom operates daily from 8.30AM to 6.00PM, including public holidays. Meanwhile, the service centre is open from 8.00PM to 5.00PM from Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

The opening of Chery Kulai forms part of Chery Auto Malaysia’s ongoing expansion strategy to strengthen its dealer and service network nationwide, while providing customers with greater convenience and a more premium ownership experience.
