JETOUR T1 Now Open for Booking in Malaysia — From RM143k; Preview At Penang Autoshow 2026

JETOUR Malaysia has officially opened bookings for the all-new JETOUR T1, with the SUV also being previewed at the Penang Autoshow 2026 (1 – 3 May @ Penang Waterfront Convention Centre) as part of the brand’s continued push to grow its presence in the local market.
Positioned as a practical yet tech-forward SUV, the T1 is aimed at Malaysians who want everyday usability without sacrificing comfort, connectivity and a more premium cabin experience. Its appearance at the Penang Autoshow gives northern region buyers an early look ahead of its official launch.

Offered in two variants — a 1.5L TGDi 2WD and a 2.0L TGDi XWD — the T1 is designed to handle both daily commutes and weekend getaways. It combines a modern interior with a strong list of convenience and safety features, aligning with rising expectations in the C-segment SUV space.
Mr. Fu Yong, Chief Executive Officer of JETOUR Auto Malaysia said, “The opening of bookings for the All-New JETOUR T1 marks another exciting milestone for JETOUR in Malaysia. With the T1, we are introducing a SUV that combines bold styling, thoughtful technology and practical versatility in a way that reflects the needs and aspirations of Malaysian drivers today. We are confident the T1 will resonate strongly with Malaysians looking for a stylish SUV that fits seamlessly into their daily lifestyles.”

The 1.5L TGDi 2WD variant is powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged direct injection engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Standard equipment includes full LED lighting, 18-inch alloy wheels, leatherette seats, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, and a 12.8-inch infotainment display with voice assistant. It also gets an 8-speaker audio system, ambient lighting, six airbags, Level 2 ADAS, and a panoramic view monitoring system.
The range-topping 2.0L TGDi XWD variant adds a more powerful 2.0-litre turbo engine along with a 7+X drive mode system for improved adaptability. It also upgrades the cabin with 19-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, driver memory seat, powered front passenger seat, a larger 15.6-inch display, a nine-speaker SONY audio system, and 64-colour ambient lighting (unless there is overwhelming demand, the green interior scheme of the pre-production display model is not available).

Safety remains a key highlight, with the T1 earning a 5-star ASEAN NCAP rating under the 2021–2025 protocol, scoring 87.67 points overall.
The JETOUR T1 will be offered in Khaki White, Aviation Silver, Sand Gold and Carbon Black. Estimated pricing starts from RM143,800 for the 1.5L TGDi 2WD and RM153,800 for the 2.0L TGDi XWD.
With bookings now open, visitors to the Penang Autoshow 2026 will be among the first in Malaysia to view the SUV up close ahead of its official market launch.
CarTok Editor’s Note
The T1’s timing matters as much as its specs. At around RM150k, this is one of the most crowded and competitive SUV price bands in Malaysia — and buyers here are no longer just comparing badges, but equipment, tech and overall value.
With the strong response to the T2, this is JETOUR’s chance to turn early interest into real staying power. The success of T1 will prove the brand can consistently deliver products Malaysians are willing to shortlist, not just try.
