JETOUR Malaysia has officially opened bookings for the all-new JETOUR T2 i-DM plug-in hybrid SUV at KLIMS 2026, with an estimated price of RM168,888.
Making its first public appearance in Malaysia, the T2 i-DM marks JETOUR’s entry into the local plug-in hybrid segment and expands the brand’s growing SUV lineup following the launch of the petrol-powered T2 earlier this year.

Plug-In Hybrid Powertrain With 1,200km Range
The T2 i-DM is powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine paired with a dual-motor electric system and a three-speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (DHT).
Combined system output is rated at 265kW and 610Nm of torque.
According to JETOUR Malaysia, the plug-in hybrid SUV is capable of delivering more than 100km of pure electric driving range while offering a total combined driving range of up to 1,200km when the battery and fuel tank are fully utilised.
The T2 i-DM also supports both AC and DC charging.

Familiar Rugged Design, Electrified Powertrain
Visually, the T2 i-DM retains the boxy off-road-inspired styling of the standard T2, which has gained attention in Malaysia for its rugged SUV appearance.
Inside, the model is equipped with a suite of safety and driver assistance technologies including:
- Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Six SRS airbags
- Panoramic view monitoring system
JETOUR says the electrified powertrain is aimed at buyers seeking lower fuel consumption and longer driving range without sacrificing the practicality and versatility expected from an SUV.
G700 Concept Also Makes Malaysian Debut
The T2 i-DM is just one of the highlights at JETOUR’s KLIMS 2026 display, where the company is also showcasing the G700 SUV to the Malaysian public for the first time.
Other models on display include the T1, T2, VT9 and Dashing, with test drives available throughout the exhibition.
As part of its KLIMS 2026 promotion, customers who book a T2 during the show will receive a RM2,000 rebate. The Dashing and VT9 are also being offered with rebates of up to RM10,000 and RM15,000 respectively.
The official Malaysian launch date for the T2 i-DM has yet to be announced.

CarTok Editor’s Note
The T2 i-DM isn’t starting from zero. The petrol-powered T2 has already proven popular with Malaysians who appreciate its rugged styling and relatively attainable pricing. The i-DM simply adds another layer to that formula, pairing the familiar T2 package with plug-in hybrid technology drawn from the Chery Group portfolio, giving buyers an electrified alternative without changing the SUV’s core appeal.
