Chear Motorrad, one of BMW Motorrad’s most established dealer partners in Malaysia, has officially opened its brand-new showroom in Shah Alam — marking the debut of the country’s first-ever BMW Motorrad New Retail Brand Experience.
This milestone represents a major step forward in BMW Group Malaysia’s mission to redefine the premium motorcycle ownership experience nationwide, offering a customer-centric environment designed specifically for riders.

Located at No. 33 & 35, Jalan 15/23, Taman Perindustrian Tiong Nam, Shah Alam, the new 540-square-metre Chear Motorrad facility replaces the previous Puchong outlet and is purpose-built to enhance the Sales, Service, and Spare Parts (3S) experience.
As the first BMW Motorrad dealership in Malaysia to fully implement the New Retail Brand Experience, the Shah Alam outlet brings a contemporary, community-driven concept to life. Riders can explore BMW Motorrad’s full motorcycle range, service their bikes, and connect with fellow enthusiasts in a stylish, lifestyle-oriented setting.
Among its standout features are a dedicated service reception, a coffee bar, and an open, welcoming space that invites riders to relax and interact — all part of the Premium Ownership Experience BMW Motorrad promises.
The new 10-bay workshop layout is designed for efficient and high-quality servicing, supported by a 40-member team across sales, service, marketing, and customer support.
