Isuzu Expands KL Presence With New Jalan Tun Razak 3S Centre

Isuzu Malaysia has further strengthened its footprint in the capital with the opening of a new Autoexec Corporation Isuzu 3S Centre at 21, Jalan Tun Razak, adding a more centrally located sales and service hub for urban customers.
Positioned near the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur, the new facility replaces the previous 1S outlet on Jalan Semarak, consolidating operations into a larger, full-service 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) centre. It also becomes the third Autoexec-operated Isuzu outlet within Kuala Lumpur.

Larger, More Modern Customer Experience
The new outlet introduces Isuzu’s latest corporate identity and is designed to deliver a more contemporary retail and ownership experience. Facilities include a showroom with a dedicated hero vehicle display, a delivery bay, customer lounge, and a merchandise area.
Digital and virtual tools are also integrated into the showroom environment, aimed at improving how customers explore Isuzu’s product range.
Beyond sales, the centre provides aftersales support for both pick-up trucks and commercial vehicles. The service facility can accommodate one truck and one pick-up simultaneously, operating from Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Strategic Location For Urban Users
Officiating the opening was Isuzu Malaysia CEO Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, who highlighted the importance of strengthening the brand’s presence within city centres.
“The opening of this new Isuzu 3S Centre with the latest corporate identity, situated close to the heart of Kuala Lumpur can be expected to improve Isuzu’s presence and increase interest in our range of products that have particular appeal for urban users. I believe that Isuzu vehicles are highly suited to serve users even here within the heart of the city,” said Yamaguchi.
New D-MAX 2.2L Range
The launch of the new outlet coincides with the introduction of the updated Isuzu D-MAX line-up powered by a 2.2-litre turbocharged diesel engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Notably, the range now includes Malaysia’s first Automatic Transmission Single Cab variant — a configuration that broadens usability for both private and commercial users.
With this update, Isuzu Malaysia now offers automatic or automated manual transmission options across its entire model range, including the D-MAX, ELF, FORWARD, and GIGA.

CarTok Editor’s Note
Isuzu is bolstering its presence in the city centre, at the same time it introduced a more accessible D-MAX formula: smaller 2.2-litre engine, 8-speed automatic, and a wider spread of configurations including an automatic single cab.
