Suzuki Cars Malaysia has partnered with vehicle subscription platform FLUX to offer Malaysians an alternative to traditional car ownership, starting with the Suzuki Fronx Hybrid and Suzuki Jimny AllGrip Plus.
This collaboration was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Naza Eastern Motors and FLUX, with both companies aiming to make Suzuki vehicles more accessible through flexible monthly subscription plans.

The partnership will initially introduce the Suzuki Fronx 1.5 Hybrid and Suzuki Jimny AllGrip Plus on the FLUX platform, giving customers a choice between an urban-friendly hybrid crossover and a compact four-wheel-drive lifestyle SUV.
Unlike conventional vehicle financing, FLUX bundles the vehicle, insurance, road tax and scheduled maintenance into a single monthly payment, allowing subscribers to avoid long-term ownership commitments and upfront downpayments.

Beyond adding Suzuki models to its platform, FLUX will also establish a presence within Suzuki dealerships operated by Naza Eastern Motors. This allows showroom visitors who may not be ready to purchase a vehicle outright to explore subscription as an alternative.
Naza Automotive Group chief executive officer Mohd Rizal Jailan said consumer preferences are evolving, with more motorists seeking mobility solutions that offer greater flexibility and convenience.
He added that integrating FLUX into Suzuki dealerships creates another pathway for customers to experience the brand, whether through traditional ownership or subscription.
FLUX founder and chief executive officer Aziz Ayman said the automotive market is undergoing a shift similar to other subscription-based services, citing market research indicating that more than 60% of Malaysian car buyers are open to subscribing to a vehicle instead of taking out a conventional loan.

He added that the subscription model removes many of the financial burdens associated with vehicle ownership, including insurance, maintenance, road tax and depreciation, while allowing customers to enjoy a new vehicle with a single monthly fee.
Subscribers will also receive a complimentary courtesy car should their subscribed vehicle require servicing, helping minimise downtime.
Merdeka Promotion – 69% Discount
To celebrate Malaysia’s 69th Merdeka anniversary and the launch of the partnership, FLUX is offering a 69% discount on both the first and final month’s subscription for selected 24- and 36-month plans until 6 September, 2026.
For the 36-month subscription package:
- Suzuki Fronx 1.5 Hybrid (2025): Normal monthly fee of RM2,225, with the promotional first and final month priced at RM690, delivering total savings of RM3,070.
- Suzuki Jimny AllGrip Plus (2026): Normal monthly fee of RM3,278, with the promotional first and final month reduced to RM1,016, offering total savings of RM4,524.
You can subscribe through the FLUX platform or obtain more information at authorised Suzuki showrooms nationwide.

CarTok Editor’s Note
Vehicle subscription remains a niche segment in Malaysia, but partnerships like this suggest manufacturers are becoming more willing to explore alternatives beyond conventional sales. For brands like Suzuki, subscriptions can introduce products such as the Fronx and Jimny to customers who may not want the financial commitment of ownership, while providing a potential pathway to future vehicle purchases if the experience proves successful.
