MG Opens First 3S Centre In Rawang

SAIC Motor Malaysia has expanded its retail network with the opening of the first MG 3S Centre in Rawang, operated by SNS Kembara Utama.

Located in the Rawang Hi-Tech Industrial Area, the new outlet gives customers in Rawang and surrounding areas access to MG vehicles, while aftersales services will be introduced once the service centre is fully operational.

The new MG 3S Centre officially commenced operations on 17 August 2026.

1,200 sq m Facility

The centre occupies a one-and-a-half-storey semi-attached factory spanning approximately 1,200 square metres.

It includes a dedicated customer lounge equipped with Wi-Fi, coffee and snacks, providing customers with a space to wait while visiting the outlet.

While the facility is designated as a 3S centre, its aftersales operations are not yet fully operational. Customers will be able to access service facilities once the service centre has been completed and is ready to operate.

The outlet is strategically located within the Rawang Hi-Tech Industrial Area to serve customers in Rawang and its surrounding areas.

MG Network Now At 26 Outlets

The opening forms part of MG’s continued expansion of its sales and aftersales network in Malaysia.

According to SAIC Motor Malaysia, its network currently comprises 26 sales and service outlets nationwide.

The new 3S Centre by SNS Kembara Utama at Rawang not only strengthens our presence but also reflects our commitment to building a strong nationwide network that delivers a consistent customer experience,” said Emory Qi, Managing Director of SAIC Motor Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

For SNS Kembara Utama, the new outlet is intended to provide a more convenient point of access for MG customers in the Rawang area.

MG S5 EV Available For Customers To Experience

Customers visiting the new outlet can explore MG’s latest models, including the MG S5 EV, and arrange test drives.

The opening of a dedicated outlet in Rawang is particularly relevant as MG continues to broaden its presence beyond major urban centres.

A stronger dealer and service network will become increasingly important as the brand grows its vehicle population in Malaysia, giving customers greater access to both vehicle sales and ownership support.
