TQ WULING Offers Additional RM3,000 Rebate For Civil Servants On Bingo EV

TQ WULING Malaysia has introduced a special campaign for Malaysia’s government civil servants, offering an additional RM3,000 rebate on the locally assembled Wuling Bingo EV.
Labeled the “Serving Those Who Serve Malaysia” campaign, the promotion coincides with the Global Civil Service Celebrations and is aimed at recognising the contributions of Malaysia’s public sector workforce.

The additional rebate is available on top of TQ WULING’s existing “Fabulous 5” promotional package, allowing eligible civil servants to enjoy total savings of up to RM8,000 on the purchase of a Bingo EV.
Eligible recipients include employees of federal government ministries, state government departments, statutory bodies, local authorities, public universities and other recognised government agencies.
Up To RM8,000 In Rebates Plus Additional Benefits
Under the campaign, eligible buyers will receive:
- RM5,000 rebate under the Fabulous 5 promotion
- Additional RM3,000 rebate for civil servants
- Complimentary 7kW wallbox EV charger and portable charger
- Complimentary premium window tint
- Monthly instalments from RM625 through selected financing institutions
- 17 insurance benefits plus additional EV-specific coverage
According to TQ WULING, the package is designed to make EV ownership more accessible while reducing the upfront cost of switching to electric mobility.

Designed As An Affordable EV For Daily Use
“The Bingo EV was developed to make electric mobility more accessible to Malaysians. Through the ‘Serving Those Who Serve Malaysia’ campaign, we hope to recognise the contributions of our government civil servants by helping them make the transition to electric mobility with greater savings and peace of mind,” said Wan Wei Sun, Head of Business, TQ Manufacturing Sdn Bhd.
The Wuling Bingo EV is offered in two variants and delivers up to 410 km of CLTC-rated driving range. The model features a practical five-door hatchback design, a spacious cabin and a range of safety and convenience features aimed at urban and suburban users.
TQ WULING says the Bingo EV has continued to attract first-time EV buyers seeking an affordable entry point into electric vehicle ownership.
The additional RM3,000 civil servant rebate campaign is available until 30 June 2026 at authorised TQ WULING showrooms nationwide.

CarTok Editor’s Note
Government fleets and public sector workers have long played a role in introducing new technologies to the wider market, whether through procurement policies or early adoption. Incentives like this may not transform Malaysia’s EV market overnight, but they lower one of the biggest barriers to entry: the initial purchase price.
For TQ WULING, the campaign is also a reminder that affordability remains one of the strongest selling points in the EV space. While many new electric models continue to move upmarket, the Bingo EV is competing in a segment where monthly repayments and ownership costs often matter more than sprint times.
