Toyota Enhances Ownership Experience With Mobili-T Assist And Move Your World Rewards
UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) is enhancing the Toyota ownership experience in Malaysia with two initiatives aimed at providing greater convenience, peace of mind and added value to its customers.
Mobili-T Assist provides eligible Toyota Insurance Package (TIP) customers with access to complimentary courtesy cars when their vehicles require extended repairs.
Meanwhile, the Move Your World Rewards campaign gives customers the opportunity to win prizes when they register a new Toyota between 1 November and 31 December, 2026.
The two initiatives form part of UMWT’s efforts to strengthen the Toyota Extra Mile ownership experience, extending its focus beyond the purchase of a vehicle to the support and benefits customers receive throughout ownership.
Mobili-T Assist Offers Courtesy Cars During Repairs
Mobili-T Assist is designed to help Toyota owners maintain their mobility when their vehicles are undergoing repairs at authorised Toyota Body & Paint centres.
Under this initiative, eligible customers insured under TIP can receive a complimentary courtesy car if the estimated repair duration exceeds 14 days.
The benefit provides customers with more time to arrange alternative transportation or adjust their daily routines while their vehicles are being repaired.
Courtesy cars are available for up to five days, on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to vehicle availability, eligibility requirements and applicable terms and conditions.
According to UMWT, the introduction of Mobili-T Assist places TIP among the first car insurance plans in Malaysia to offer a complimentary courtesy car benefit.
Toyota Body & Paint has a nationwide network of 50 outlets, providing customers with access to authorised repair services across Malaysia.
Toyota Insurance Package Provides Additional Protection
Mobili-T Assist complements the existing benefits of the Toyota Insurance Package, which is designed specifically for Toyota owners.
Among its key benefits is the absence of betterment charges for vehicles up to 12 years old. This allows eligible customers to benefit from the use of Toyota Genuine Parts under insurance claims without incurring betterment charges.
TIP also provides agreed-value coverage for vehicles up to 15 years old, with a 100% payout of the sum insured for total-loss or theft claims, subject to policy terms.
Other benefits include free Toyota 24/7 Road Assist Service and fast claim assessments and approval within 24 hours for complete submissions.
Together, these benefits combine insurance protection, authorised repairs and mobility assistance to provide additional support throughout Toyota ownership.
Move Your World Rewards Offers 100 iPhone Duo Prizes
Meanwhile, Move Your World Rewards adds an incentive for customers registering a new Toyota during the year-end campaign period.
Running from 1 November to 31 December, 2026, the campaign offers eligible individual customers automatic entry into a lucky draw when they register a new Toyota during the promotional period.
A total of 100 iPhone Duo prizes are available across two monthly draws, with 50 winners selected from each month’s eligible registrations.
Existing Toyota customers receive three entries for every eligible vehicle registration, compared with one entry for new customers.
This campaign also provides existing Toyota customers with exclusive aftersales benefits on selected parts and accessories (subject to terms and conditions).
The rewards campaign runs alongside Toyota’s rebate offers, giving customers additional value when purchasing a new vehicle during the promotional period.
