MINI Cooper S Oxford Edition Arrives In Malaysia At RM289,888, Limited To 6 Units
MINI Malaysia has introduced the new MINI Cooper S Oxford Edition, a limited-run model celebrating 25 years of modern MINI production at Plant Oxford in the UK. Only six units will be available in Malaysia.
The Oxford Edition pays tribute to the birthplace of the modern MINI, where the first-generation modern MINI rolled off the production line 25 years ago.
Based on the MINI Cooper S, the special edition combines the model’s familiar styling and Go-Kart driving character with a range of exclusive Oxford Edition details inspired by MINI’s British heritage.
Union Jack-Inspired Exterior And Interior
The most prominent design feature is the Union Jack graphic applied to the roof and bonnet, giving the Oxford Edition a distinctive appearance while highlighting its British roots.
The exterior is further differentiated by Oxford Edition hub caps with matching valve caps, as well as a rear signature featuring Union Jack detailing.
Inside, the special edition receives several Oxford Edition-specific touches, including a steering wheel badge, entry sills and floor mats featuring Union Jack details. An Oxford Edition key cap is also included.
The six cars are split equally across three exterior colours:
- Chili Red – 2 units
- Indigo Sunset Blue – 2 units
- Blazing Blue – 2 units
MINI Lifestyle Oxford Capsule
MINI Malaysia will also introduce the MINI Lifestyle Oxford Capsule from early October 2026, extending the Oxford Edition theme beyond the car.
The collection comprises a MINI Traveller Bag, unisex T-shirts, a cap, MINI Oxford stickers and the MINI Umbrella Walking Stick.
Finished in dark blue with Union Jack-inspired details, the capsule complements the Indigo Sunset Blue exterior and allows MINI owners to carry the Oxford Edition theme into their everyday lives.
MINI Ownership And Aftersales Support
The MINI Cooper S Oxford Edition comes with five years of MINI Roadside Assistance, covering 24-hour, 365-day accident and help hotlines, towing and other mobility support.
For situations where the vehicle is immobilised more than 200km from the owner’s residence, the programme can also provide services including a replacement vehicle, accommodation, mobility solutions and vehicle repatriation.

The car comes with a standard two-year warranty, with an optional MINI Repair & Service Inclusive package available for extended coverage.

For MINI battery electric vehicles, service coverage extends to six years with unlimited mileage, while the high-voltage battery is covered by an eight-year warranty.
Other ownership services include MINI Proactive Care, which uses real-time sensor data to identify potential vehicle issues before they occur, with alerts delivered through the My MINI App or iDrive.
MINI ConnectedDrive also provides digital connectivity, including over-the-air software updates and centralised vehicle management.
Customers can schedule service appointments online through MINI Malaysia’s service portal.
Pricing And Financing
The MINI Cooper S Oxford Edition is priced at RM289,888 on the road without insurance, while the price including the MINI Repair & Service Inclusive package is RM300,288.
Through BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia’s Easy Drive Financing Plan, monthly instalments start from RM2,773, based on an estimated 75% loan over five years.
The Straight-Line Financing Plan starts from RM3,219 per month, based on an estimated 75% loan over seven years.
With only six units available, the MINI Cooper S Oxford Edition is positioned as a particularly exclusive version of the current MINI Cooper S, with its appeal centred as much on its Oxford connection and limited availability as its Union Jack-inspired styling.
